Will these recipes improve my milk supply if I am pumping?

Yes! If you are producing milk to feed your baby, whether it's breastfeeding or pumping or both, these healthy lactation recipes will boost your milk supply!

How can I tell if these recipes are improving my milk supply?

  • If you are exclusively pumping, you will notice more ounces of milk per pumping session. You might also notice more fat in your milk when you see it in a storage bag. This means the quality of your milk is improving as well!
  • If you are exclusively breastfeeding, it might be a little bit harder to tell, but in my experience, my baby seemed happier after each feeding and he didn't need to eat as often. I also noticed that I had a stronger let-down each time.
