#38: 5 Simple Habits to Win the Day

Most moms I talk to feel like they’re running on empty, surviving off of coffee and caffeine, and on the last straw most days. While we can all agree motherhood is challenging and exhausting, we shouldn’t feel horrible at baseline. AND, our health shouldn’t get put on the backburner in the name of our family either.
