I found a screaming deal on raspberries at my local grocery store so I wrote a recipe to celebrate. Even better, it’s a recipe for a single serving waffle, which means you don’t have to share!
I also wanted to start a series of single serving waffles because I want nice breakfasts even when I have to go to work (or college when that was a thing). Why wait until Sunday mornings to enjoy such a yummy, decadent waffle?!
