Healthy Mint Chip Protein Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 C frozen cauliflower*
  • 1 serving Halo Top Mint Chip Ice Cream
  • 1/3 C vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 C nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2-4 Tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the cauliflower, ice cream, protein powder, greek yogurt, almond milk, and mint extract to a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth. (If you like a thicker milkshake, use 2 tablespoons milk; if you like a thinner milkshake, use 4 tablespoons.)
  2. Stir in the green food coloring and chocolate chips. Top with sugar free whipped cream if desired.
